NOMA HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT OVER TNM SUPER LEAGUE FIXTURE
Mighty Mukuru Wanderers have complained to Super League of Malawi SULOM over the distribution of their elite league fixture.
The compliant comes in just after few day when SULOM released the TNM Super league fixture of this year's football season. According to Wanderers they are not happy with the way SULOM have allocated their first five games. Wanderers will play their first five game within Blantyre, which according to them this will make them to play under pressure in the next round as they will be required to play most of their games outside Blantyre.
The Club's secretary Chancy Gondwe said the complaint is issued for different reasons. For example by looking at the way SULOM have allocated fixture of other team for instance FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and Silver sticker, these team will play most of their games outside in the first round. This will add to their advantage as they will play more games at home at the end of the season. This shows a total favoritism he said. On top of that the money that will be collected as gate collection will be minimal by looking at the opponents they will be playing with in their five games.
The Secretary therefore requested SULOM to look into the issues they brought to them and amend the fixture if they really want teams to compete. According to the fixture Wanderers is expected to play with Kamuzu Barracks tomorrow on Sunday in their opening match and the will take on Bangwe All Stars, Fomo FC and FCB Nyasa Big Bullets all games within Blantyre. For more info.
